Team and firm licenses.
Every individual purchase is a single-seat license. Multiple users at one firm? Team pricing scales by seat count. Firm-wide and enterprise licenses are case-by-case.
Default — single seat
All products on Valore Registry ship with a single-seat license — one named professional at one firm. You may install and use the file on your own devices, archive it for your own reference, and use the data in your own work product. You may not share login credentials, forward the download link to others, or distribute the file to colleagues or counterparties.
If anyone else at your firm needs access to a Valore product, that person needs their own license. Team pricing, described below, makes this cost-effective for 5-seat and larger groups.

Questions
Can my analyst use a product under my single-seat license?
No. Each purchase is a single-seat license for one named professional. If your analyst needs access, team pricing is straightforward — contact us with your seat count and we will quote you within one business day.
Can I expense a team license?
Yes. We provide a formal invoice for team licenses — a Gumroad PDF receipt is generated automatically, and we can produce a separately formatted invoice for accounts payable within two business days of request.
Does the team license include products released after the purchase date?
No. Team licenses cover every product in the library at the date of purchase. Items released after the purchase date are a separate transaction at the then-current team rate.
How are quarterly refreshes handled for teams?
One coordinated re-download per refresh cycle. The administrative contact on the license is notified when a refresh ships; they receive the updated download link and distribute it to the licensed seats.
Is redistribution to clients or counterparties allowed under a team license?
No. Team licenses cover internal use at one legal entity. Redistribution to other firms, external counterparties, or use as training data for any ML system is not permitted under any tier.
