Brand mark
The V-Pillar mark is a capital V with a single horizontal baseline — the “registry line.” It suggests an architectural baseline and a register-page entry stroke simultaneously. The mark is monochromatic. It does not appear in more than one color, inside an enclosing shape, or on photographic backgrounds.

Methodology disclosure
The Lender Edition is a practitioner-curated directory. It is not a licensed data product, an aggregated public database, or an AI-generated compilation. Records originate from direct market participation over a decade of CRE capital markets work.
The Verified designation means direct contact with the lender was confirmed and lending parameters were corroborated through actual transaction experience. Approximately 42% of records carry this designation. The remainder are Contact-only or Coverage-only, reflecting market-sourced information without a confirmed direct relationship.
Valore Registry does not represent that any Verified lender will quote, commit to, or close a loan on any given transaction. Lender appetite changes with market conditions. The Registry is a reference tool, not a broker of record.

This site is built with Astro 5 + Tailwind CSS v4. Hosted on Vercel. Analytics via Plausible (no cookies, GDPR-compliant). Newsletter storage via Supabase (insert-only, no enumeration policy).
