Corrections welcome
If something's wrong, fix it with us.
Records change. Originators move firms, programs shut down, deal-size bands expand or contract. Practitioner corrections strengthen the file — we want them. Every correction submitted by a purchaser is reviewed and, if confirmed, folded into the next quarterly refresh.
No forms. No login. Just send what you know.
What to send
The faster a correction can be confirmed, the faster it lands in the refresh. Include whatever you have on hand — we don't need everything below to act:
- Lender name as it appears in the file (or the Edition version where you saw the record)
- What's wrong — phone, person, program parameter, geography, asset class, deal size, recourse
- What it should be — the correct value
- How you know — a term sheet, a recent call, public filing, the lender's own page
- Your role (so we can credit the correction in version notes, if you want credit)
For lenders
If you're a lender and your record is wrong, stale, or you want to be added to the Registry: same email. Tell us the platform, your program parameters, your typical deal size and geography, and the right contact for capital-markets outreach. We do not charge lenders for inclusion — the directory exists for the practitioners reading it, not as advertising space.
Records are accepted only if we can verify against a term sheet, closing, regulatory filing, or independent counterparty confirmation. We won't take a record at face value from a marketing deck.
What happens next
- We acknowledge within 2 business days.
- We verify the correction against an independent source.
- If confirmed, the record is updated in the next refresh — currently August 2026.
- If the correction is urgent (Verified-tier dead line within 90 days of purchase), it triggers the data-quality guarantee and a replacement record is delivered within 5 business days.
- The corrected record carries a version-note attribution to the submitter, if requested.
Why corrections matter
The file is 888 records and counting. The practitioner network reading it knows more than any single curator can. Every confirmed correction tightens the file, raises the Verified-tier accuracy bar, and makes the next refresh better.
