License terms.

Single-seat license (default)

Every purchase through Gumroad is a single-seat license for one named professional. The named professional may use the file on any device they personally operate — laptop, desktop, tablet, phone, work and personal — provided they are the only person reading from or working with the file.

You may

• Use the file in your day-to-day capital-markets, underwriting, sourcing, or deal work.
• Import the CSV or XLSX into your personal CRM or spreadsheet workspace.
• Annotate, filter, sort, and add notes locally — the file is yours to mark up.
• Cite a specific record or program parameter in internal memos, with attribution.
• Quote up to three records in an external deal package or OM with attribution.
• Keep the file after your 12-month refresh window ends — you own the version you received.

You may not

• Share the file with anyone outside your single-seat license — co-workers, colleagues, clients, friends.
• Resell or sublicense the file in whole or in part.
• Publish the file or any substantial subset in a public document, post, or commercial product.
• Use the file as a training input for any machine-learning system without prior written consent.
• Strip the version stamp, attribution, or methodology notes from the file.
• Use the file in any way that violates US federal or state law, including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or applicable do-not-call lists.

Firm licenses

If multiple professionals at the same firm need access, a firm license is the right shape. Firm licenses are scoped to a single legal entity at a single address. Pricing scales with seat count and is set per engagement.

Standard firm-license tiers:

• Up to 5 seats — 2.5× single-seat retail
• Up to 15 seats — 5× single-seat retail
• Up to 50 seats — 12× single-seat retail
• Firm-wide (unlimited seats at one legal entity) — case-by-case

Email support@valoreregistry.com with the firm name, contact, and approximate seat count to get an invoice. No long forms.

Termination

Material breach of the "You may not" terms above terminates the license. You don't have to delete a file you already paid for, but the refresh entitlement stops and future purchases may be declined. We notify before terminating.

Governing law

These license terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved in the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. Nothing in this license waives any consumer-protection right you have under applicable law.
