The guarantee.
Any Verified record with a dead direct line within 90 days — we replace it free, within 5 business days.
What this covers
- A Verified record whose direct phone line is dead within 90 days of purchase
- A Verified record whose direct contact has left the firm without a successor noted
- A program parameter (deal size, asset class, geography) that is materially mis-stated
What this does not cover
- Whether a lender will quote your specific deal — Verified confirms the platform exists and is reachable, not appetite
- Records on the Contact-only or Coverage-only tiers — those tiers are explicit about what they cover
- General-line phone numbers or shared inboxes flagged as such in the record
- Records older than the most recent refresh — see the version-history page
How to invoke the guarantee
- Email support@valoreregistry.com with the lender name and the dead direct line.
- We confirm the line is dead and that the record was Verified at time of purchase.
- A replacement Verified record (same lender if reachable, an equivalent platform if not) is delivered within 5 business days.
- The fix is also folded into the next quarterly refresh and credited to the purchaser in version notes.
Refund policy
The data-quality guarantee above is separate from the refund policy. Refunds are a different promise.
14-day refund if the file is materially different from what was described, corrupted, or not delivered correctly.
Email support@valoreregistry.com — no forms. The full data-quality guarantee continues to apply for the standard period regardless of refund status on any individual transaction.
Why these are separate promises
A refund covers the rare case where the file is not what was described — corrupt download, wrong file delivered, materially different content. It's a transactional safety net.
The data-quality guarantee is editorial. Lenders change phone numbers, originators leave firms, and platforms reorganize coverage. When a Verified record we sold you decays inside the standard window, that's on us to repair — not on you to absorb. We replace, we don't refund.
Scope of "Verified"
The guarantee applies to Verified-tier records. 374 of 888 records carry the Verified tier in the May 2026 refresh. Contact-only and Coverage-only records are not covered by the dead-line replacement promise — their tier labels explain why up front.
