$49 per issue. Bundled with Lender Edition subscription at a discount.
Who this is for
Mortgage brokers
Scan active programs before building a lender matrix for a deal. Cross-reference with the Lender Edition for contact intelligence. Reduce time spent on cold outreach to lenders not active in the asset class.
Debt originators at sponsors
Pre-qualify the capital stack before going to market. Know whether the debt fund universe has the program before engaging your broker or banker.
Capital markets advisors
Build client-facing lender summaries faster. The Compendium provides the raw program parameters; you supply the deal context and relationships.
Lender credit teams
Monitor competitor program parameters. Track where peers are tightening or loosening covenants, adjusting floors, or expanding geography.

FAQ
How current is the data?
Each edition is a fresh pull at the close of the prior quarter. Programs are verified within 30 days of publication. Markets move – parameters shift between your purchase and your first lender call. Treat the Compendium as a qualified starting point, not a locked term sheet.
How does this differ from the Lender Edition?
The Lender Edition is a registry of 888 CRE capital providers with contact intelligence – who to call and how to reach them. The Cut-Sheet Compendium is program-level: what each lender will do right now, with parameters. They're designed to be used together.
Are agency programs included?
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD programs are summarized in a separate section by loan type and current scorecard posture. Agency rates are not included – they shift daily and belong in a live database, not a quarterly PDF.
Can I submit my firm's program for inclusion?
Yes. Active lenders can submit cut sheets to registry@valoreregistry.com. Submissions are reviewed for completeness before inclusion; no fee for lenders.
Refund policy?
14-day refund if the file is materially different from what was described, corrupted, or not delivered correctly. Email support@valoreregistry.com.
